For packages that include both diving and accommodation, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to qualify for a refund (minus a 5% processing fee for online payments).
For diving-only bookings, the following applies:
Full refund in case of port closure ordered by the Maritime Authority.
Full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before the reserved date (excluding bank and online training fees).
Partial refund (25%) in case of illness, with a valid medical report, requested at least 24 hours before the dive date.

We’ll send you a secure payment link for 50% of the total package to confirm your reservation. Please note that this link includes a 5% processing fee. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by card upon arrival in Cozumel.
Prices are quoted in USD, but the payment link is processed in MXN pesos at a rate of 18 MXN per USD. Keep in mind that your bank may apply its own exchange rate, so there might be a slight difference of a few dollars when you complete the transaction.

When the Maritime Authority of Cozumel determines that conditions are unsafe, they close the port. This could mean that all boating and water activities around the island are prohibited, or it may only apply to certain areas.
If you’ve booked your dives and the port is closed, we won’t be able to go out. Your diving day will be rescheduled whenever possible. If rescheduling is not an option, we’ll refund the full amount of your reservation, excluding any bank fees and online training fees.
Yes, our prices include transportation from your accommodation to the marina, provided your accommodation is within the urban area.
If you’re staying in the southern or northern parts of the island, we can arrange transportation as well, but please note that there will be an additional charge for this service.
Yes, you can! We’ll take care of cleaning and maintaining your equipment so it's ready for your next dive. Enjoy your vacation without worrying about your gear!
